  The main focus of the training lies on coming to know, understanding and experiencing these 24 inner energy sources, with each their topic, potential, symptoms, treating points, cascades and much more.

Only to a very limited extent, the Tibetan Energy Work is a technique. Its main effects are achieved by transmission. A certain inner attitude is required to suit this method.
